PICTURE EQUALITY: PRINT SALE
Picture Equality is a collective of six photographers who want to contribute to the fight against racism. All proceeds from sales of our prints will go to UK charity The Black Curriculum.
“When young people are not taught their history within Britain, their sense of identity and belonging is negatively impacted and social relations, hindered… A proposed remedy suggested that the ‘government should ensure history lessons are relevant to all young people in Britain’. Here, we recognise that Black history is British history and therefore aim to reflect this in our work.” – The Black Curriculum
